On a recent Instagram Live, rapper Digga D was freestyling for his fans when he let out a bar that people understood to be a diss at his ex-girlfriend Mya Mills, and her current boyfriend, West Ham’s Saïd Benrahma.
“She got a baller boyfriend, I fuck her when he goes to training, Imma watch him at the World Cup when he plays, these bitches dangerous”. After the rumor spread throughout social media overnight, Digga responded. Making a post on his 'behind the scenes' Instagram story, he claimed that anyone who thought the bar was directed at anyone in particular was wrong, and that he makes all of his disses direct and not up for interpretation.
He followed that up with a little dig at Benrahma, saying “& surely you gotta be at the World Cup for me to watch you play”, implying that Benrahma couldn’t have been the topic of the freestyle, since his country of Algeria didn’t participate in the most recent World Cup. He ended the post by saying if someone doesn’t understand his lyrics, they shouldn’t try to interpret them and fill in the gaps.
